It's Christmas.

I'm not going to hit you with job search tactics or interview tips or new jobs today.

I just want to say this:

The job search is brutal right now. I see it every day.

Students applying to 100+ jobs and hearing nothing back. Getting to final rounds and losing out to someone with "more experience." Watching friends land offers while you're still grinding.

It's exhausting. It's discouraging. And it makes you question everything.

But here's what I know after helping thousands of students through Runway:

You're closer than you think.

The student who landed their dream job last week? They were in your exact position 2 months ago. Frustrated. Tired. Wondering if it would ever happen.

And then it did.

Your breakthrough is coming.

Maybe it's the application you sent last week. Maybe it's the one you'll send in January. Maybe it's a connection you haven't even made yet.

But it's coming.

So today, give yourself permission to:

The job search will be there tomorrow.

But today? You get to rest.

You've been working hard. You've been staying persistent even when it's exhausting. You've been showing up even when you don't feel like it.

That matters. And it's going to pay off.
