Hey there!
Welcome to your daily dose of curated early-career opportunities! Your job search shouldn’t feel confusing, late, or based on luck.
Here's what nobody tells you about the job search: it's not about applying to more jobs. It's about being first.
The same role LinkedIn shows you 3-5 days from now is already sitting in a pile of 500 applications. Runway pulls jobs straight from company career sites the moment they post, so you see them first, when there are 15 applicants, not 500.
Who sees the role and applies first is the whole game.
Below are today's freshest early-career roles. See all your matches here:

"Personal brand" sounds like influencer nonsense, but strip away the buzzword and it's simple: it's what people find and think when they come across you. And employers do look you up. Building even a small, intentional presence in your field can put opportunities in your lap instead of you chasing them. You don't need to go viral. You need to be findable and credible.
Understand what a personal brand actually is
It's not about being famous or posting constantly. It's about being known for something specific in your field, even to a small circle.
When someone in your industry hears your name or finds your profile, what do they associate with you? A clear answer, "she's the marketing student who's really into analytics", is a personal brand. That clarity is what makes you memorable and referable.
Pick your lane
You can't be known for everything, so pick a focus. What's the intersection of what you're interested in and where you want to go?
It doesn't have to be narrow forever, but "I'm interested in sustainable finance" or "I love the intersection of data and marketing" gives people something specific to remember you for. Specific beats generic every time.
Make your online presence consistent
Employers will Google you and check your LinkedIn. Make sure what they find is intentional and points the same direction.
Your LinkedIn, any portfolio, and your public profiles should tell a coherent story about who you are and where you're headed. Clean up anything that contradicts it. Consistency signals seriousness.
Share what you're learning
The easiest way to build a brand with zero clout: share your journey. You don't need to be an expert, you need to be learning out loud.
Post about a project you built, a lesson from a class, a take on industry news, something you figured out. "Here's what I learned building X" is valuable and approachable, and it makes you visible to people in your field without requiring you to be an authority.
Engage more than you broadcast
You don't have to create original content constantly. Thoughtfully commenting on other people's posts, asking good questions, and joining conversations in your field builds recognition too.
Being a consistent, thoughtful presence in the right circles makes your name familiar, so when you reach out or apply, you're not a total stranger.
Let your work speak
The strongest personal brand is backed by real proof. A portfolio, projects, or results give people something concrete to attach to your name.
"I'm passionate about design" is a claim. A portfolio of things you've designed is a brand. Build the proof and the reputation follows.
Start small and stay consistent
You don't need a content strategy or a big following. One thoughtful post or a few good comments a week, done consistently over a semester, compounds into real recognition.
Consistency matters more than volume or polish. Small and steady builds something real over time.
Do this today: Google yourself and look at your LinkedIn as a stranger would. Does it clearly say who you are and where you're headed? Fix one thing that's off, or make one post sharing something you're working on or learning. That's your personal brand, started.
