Hey there!
Welcome to your daily dose of curated early-career opportunities and tips! Your job search shouldn’t feel confusing, late, or based on luck.
Before you scroll to today's jobs: Runway shows you your match percentage for every job, gives resume + skill-gap feedback, and helps you apply smarter.

Every interview ends the same way:
"Do you have any questions for me?"
And I watch candidates blow it by saying:
"No, I think you covered everything!"
Translation to the interviewer: "I'm not actually that interested in this role."
Even if they answered everything, you ALWAYS need to have questions ready. This is your chance to show you're thinking critically about the role and the company.
Here are 5 questions that actually impress:
1. "What does success look like in the first 90 days for this role?"
Why it works: Shows you're already thinking about delivering results, not just getting the job.
2. "What's the biggest challenge the team is facing right now?"
Why it works: Demonstrates you want to solve real problems, not just collect a paycheck. Bonus: Their answer tells you what you'd actually be dealing with.
3. "Can you tell me about someone who's been successful in this role? What did they do differently?"
Why it works: Shows you want to learn and replicate what works. Also gives you insight into what they actually value.
4. "How do you see this role evolving over the next year?"
Why it works: Signals you're thinking long-term, not just about the immediate job description. Shows ambition.
5. "What made you decide to join [Company]? What's kept you here?"
Why it works: People love talking about themselves. Plus, their answer reveals the real culture (not the PR version on the website).
Questions to AVOID:
❌ "What does your company do?" (You should already know this)
❌ "What's the salary?" (Save this for after the offer)
❌ "How soon can I get promoted?" (Comes across as entitled)
❌ "What are the hours like?" (Sounds like you're trying to do the minimum)
Pro tip: Have 3-4 questions ready, but pick the 2 most relevant based on how the interview went. If they already answered one of your prepared questions, cross it off and ask a different one.
Do this today: Write down 3 questions you'll ask in your next interview. Practice saying them out loud so they don't sound rehearsed.
The interview isn't over until you walk out the door. Finish strong.
